Our OUTSCALE for Entrepreneurs acceleration program is part of this commitment, and aims to help startups develop and encourage innovation, as well as contributing to the development of local projects.
Launched over 5 years ago, OUTSCALE For Entrepreneurs is an acceleration program that has supported more than 50 startups by providing them with the Cloud infrastructures and services of OUTSCALE, a Dassault Systèmes brand, along with a €20,000 grant.
OUTSCALE Cloud services meet the most demanding industrial and security requirements, and benefit from high-level certifications such as SecNumCloud by ANSSI (The National Cybersecurity Agency of France), HDS (healthcare data hosting) and ISO 27001-27017-27018.
In addition to the resources made available, support includes integration into an ecosystem of customers and technology partners, including 3DEXPERIENCE LAB by Dassault Systèmes. We offer 100% personalized support, enabling startups to benefit from the power and scalability of a sovereign, secure and certified Cloud, and to develop their skills.
IT Resources and Human Expertise
The program runs for 3 months and includes 15 hours of mentoring. Entrepreneurs benefit from the expertise shared by OUTSCALE teams, and in particular by our Technical Account Managers dedicated to their project. With 735 hours dedicated to consulting since the start of the program, this dimension is a real asset for young companies who need to “scale up” fast to break into ultra-dynamic sectors such as AI, healthcare, cybersecurity and software development for most of them. This enables founders to develop their skills and strengthen their understanding of best practices.
An Ecosystem to Drive Development
Access to our ecosystem is a major asset for startups, as networking opportunities can accelerate growth and market success.
We foster close partnerships with players such as Cap Digital, Europe’s largest collective of digital innovators. A recent collaboration with Cap Digital on the AMI helped to generate new contacts and new successful entries into the program.
Among the ten or so startups that applied to the AMI, two of the three winning startups, Avatar Médical and Dtectio, are currently being accelerated within our program and benefit from our support.
The OUTSCALE for Entrepreneurs program offers direct access to the OUTSCALE ecosystem and visibility with our partners. During CLOUD DAYS, OUTSCALE’s annual event, we offered 12 startups the opportunity to exhibit in the Demos Village and present their projects to our entire ecosystem. Through the program, startups also get support on various aspects of communication.
The Key to a Success Story
Joining OUTSCALE for Entrepreneurs means giving yourself the keys to successfully scaling up. This year, 9 startups have been chosen to receive guidance and support from our experts.
It’s also an opportunity to build long-term partnerships. Startups like AUCAE, ASTRAN and CLEYROP have chosen to become OUTSCALE customers, and have also become partners of OUTSCALE Marketplace, the one-stop shop offering trusted solutions on the OUTSCALE Cloud.

The startup DATASURE has benefited from the OUTSCALE for Entrepreneurs startup acceleration program to develop its R&D services in the sovereign Cloud qualified SecNumCloud by ANSSI. Given the importance of its customers’ data (intellectual property, business secrets, etc.), it is crucial for DATASURE to be able to guarantee an end-to-end chain of trust, combining legal recognition with technical expertise.
Today, DATASURE is the first state-approved ANSSI-qualified Trusted Service Provider (PSCO) specializing exclusively in intellectual property.
